USER MANUAL

Targets

Record the access of corporate guests, in a simple and elegant way.

An Apple iPad or Android tablet positioned in the corporate lobby will welcome guests and record their data.

For guests

Visitors can perform two actions:

  • checkin;
  • checkout.

To register the guest, simply tap one of the two on-screen signs and follow the steps indicated by the system

ENTRY

1. You will be asked to fill in some fields, such as: first name, last name, company and reason for visit (selectable from some preset values) and confirm.

2. A personal, randomly generated numeric code will be communicated, useful for being identified on exit and speeding up the procedure.

EXIT

1. You will be asked to enter the numeric code assigned to the input (e.g., 294) and confirm,

2. In case of a forgotten code, simply enter your first and last name cloudly and confirm.

For administrators

System administrators, via side menu, will be able to access the pages:
  • registration history
    to view data and download them in CSV format;
  • settings
    to customize the application.
NOTE: Upon first access you will be asked to set a password in order for these sections to remain confidential.

Registration history

The registration history page shows the list of guests.

The entered data can be searched by name and date, can be corrected or deleted.

In addition, with the “Export CSV” function, a file with the list of registered data can be downloaded.

Settings

The settings page allows you to customize the App.

Among the various options there is a way to set the following data:

  • name of your company;
  • company logo;
  • background image (to make it consistent with the company colors);
  • language (Italian or English);
  • change the password;
  • modify some of the text to suit your needs.
